How long does delivery take?
1. – DHL Express:
1-4 working days: Worldwide, you will be provided a tracking number and also an sms of the tracking number of DHL express after placing an order wait for some hours to generate the tracking number.
2- Track & Trace Shipment
1 – 4 working days: Denmark
1 – 4 working days: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, South Korea, USA.
8 – 45 days: Mexico, Israel*
Delivery to some countries can be delayed up to 10 working days due to customs revisions.
Working days are defined as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays
Note: In high seasons (Black-Friday, Christmas, etc) delays are common, please consult your tracking number with the tracking system of your national post system before consulting our customer service.
3. What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If the estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask you to wait a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays, as your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service.
If you still haven’t received your parcel after waiting a few extra days, then please get in touch with our Customer Service, by letting us know your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Do you offer a quicker delivery service?
We offer DHL Express delivery that can deliver in 1 -4 working days. There might be some additional DHL fees in some countries, which is custom duty depending on the countries, as for USA there is hardly any custom duty.

We offer worldwide delivery (minus Turkey, Russia, Iran, Kosovo, Gaza City and Brazil due to these countries’ customs restrictions), so yes, we sure do!

6. How much does shipping & handling cost to my country?
Flat shipping cost is 14 (USD), as we only provide DHL express which we believe it’s the quickest and safest way to deliver the item.

6. International Shipping Disclaimer
